We currently ship via Canada Post to addresses in Canada, Spain, United Kingdom and United States of America.

Depending on the destination, weight and size of the packaged goods, at checkout, you are going to be offered one or more of the following shipping services:

Expedited Parcel Local: 1 business days.  Regional: up to 3 business days.  National: up to 7 business days.  Includes Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Xpresspost Local: next business day.  Regional: next business day.  National: 2 business days.  Includes Tracking and Delivery Confirmation.

PriorityLocal: next business day.  Regional: next business day.  National: next business day.  Includes Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

 

United Kingdom and Spain

Tracked Packet International 6 to 10 business days.  Includes Tracking and Delivery Confirmation.

Xpresspost International 4 to 7 business days.  Includes Tracking and Delivery Confirmation.

 

United States of America

Tracked Packet – USA 4 to 7 business days.  Includes Tracking and Delivery Confirmation. Up to 1Kg.

Expedited Parcel – USA 4 to 7 business days.  Includes Tracking and Delivery Confirmation.

Xpresspost – USA 2 to 3 business days.  Includes Tracking and Delivery Confirmation.

When ordering from www.lachachasoaps.com you are responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment is fully responsible for the payment of the aforementioned taxes, duties and fees. We have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Import taxes, customs duties and fees are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.lachachasoaps.com. If there is an issue with your order you should contact us as soon as possible, no later than 7 days after delivery has taken place.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons we have an All Sales Final policy. We value the safety of our customers. We know that you will understand and appreciate the fact that you will be receiving a brand new, never used or soiled product.
